Your ITS account provides all necessary information. No additional information needs to be collected, unless you are purchasing software that is not free of charge; in this case, either a POETA or a P-CARD number will be required.

How do you use my information?

All information collected from you is used to authenticate you as a qualified downloader of products available to the California Institute of Technology . To reiterate, this site is exclusively for members of the university community and requires users to be authenticated as such.

Information related to the download of a product may be provided to the appropriate software publisher. The software publisher uses this information for warranty and support purposes.

No knowledge of your credit card information is maintained by our system after the transaction is completed.
